The only real differences are in terms of processor (369 MHz ARM11 v. 600 MHz ARM11), actual screen size (2.0" v. 2.2"), stereo jacks (2.5mm v. 3.5mm), and main camera resolution (2.0 megapixels v. 3.15 megapixels). Oh, and the inclusion of A-GPS.
