WTF so even if a regular user uninstall the app they still have to delete the Arucer.dll file. I installed the software, found that it did nothing useful, and removed it.  As I recall, all it did was report the charge state of the battery, which is quite evident from the LED on the charger.  I wondered why they offered it, I guess now I know why.  In the US at least these came with an AC adapter to let you charge from a wall outlet as well as charge from a USB port.
