it's dam pricy for sure, with outsourced IT, this can pay off quickly, but ...

I think if you use normal projector with touchscreen laptop for $1000, you can get the same result much cheaper

I'm from Germany, and we've got a beamer in every class (about 400€) and in some rooms smartboards. They're expensive, but nothing compared to that. And the size of 65/82" is gigantic, but a beamer does it on an area of 3 by 2 metres (118 by 78 inches).
