Back in the mid-90's I sold one of those Motorola StarTacs when they first came out to Robert Brooks of the Green Bay Packers for $1,500...true story. After the purchase you had one of the best NFL receivers of that time carrying the best wireless phone of that time. They later went on tho win the SuperBowl.

Moral of the story...if NFL players want to win the SuperBowl then they shouldn't carry iPhones.

But I agree, just like Sprint has free turn by turn navigation, where Verizon charges monthly for it even if you have an unlimitted data package.

Not really Engadget. Sure, you may get a bit more content but you'll be paying an arm and a leg for it. Sprint's NFL package (which includes streaming games) is FREE with one of the unlimited plans, which start at $69.00.
