Especially after hearing how they neutered their first Android phone. Verizon looks pretty good, though. $39.99 plus $30 for web is a nice $69.99 (don't need to pay text messaging fees because you can just use Google Voice app for that...)

Sprint, though, offers $69.99 for unlimited talk, text, and web (though the talking is mobile to mobile to ANY mobile in the US, regardless of carrier, which is fine... and the 450 other minutes would be fine for land lines...)

T-Mobile also has a nice plan, similar to the Verizon set up, for $29.99 for 500 minutes of talk, then add $20 for the web (these prices using the Even More Plus option...) Which comes to $49.99, using Google Voice for texting again...

... I just need to get my hands on a freakin' decent Android phone. I might just give in, stop waiting, and buy a Nexus One outright from Google and use it on T-Mobile... Honestly tired of waiting! If I can hold my composure, I'll wait for Verizon's Nexus One, though. The hardware issues of T-Mobile's Nexus One (you know the losing of 3G if you hold it a certain way) might still be an issue, unless they secretly fixed them in a hardware revision with Nexus One's currently being shipped out from Google. (But that might not be likely...) I'd figure the Verizon model probably won't suffer from this problem as they'd probably have research it anyway and perhaps the Verizon network wouldn't have this issue with the Nexus One due to the network acting differently anyway...

So yeah... here I go. Playing the waiting game. I pray that the rumored March 23rd date for Verizon Wireless' Nexus One comes true. If it does, I'm pretty much SO there. All the other Android devices I'm waiting for feature that HTC Sense UI on top of the Android interface, and although I'm sure it's beautiful, for some reason I find myself just wanting to use vanilla Android 'cuz who knows what kind of issues Sense UI adds on top of things...?

sodaboy581

Comments on Samsung SHW-M120S to be first Android phone with Bluetooth 3.0?

I read that as Android 3.0 for some reason. ;(

OneLove

Comments on Samsung SHW-M120S to be first Android phone with Bluetooth 3.0?

i thought every android phone needed 4 keys... menu, search, home, back.. i see none

incanwarrior

Comments on Samsung SHW-M120S to be first Android phone with Bluetooth 3.0?

Sammy makes the best screens no doubt and are basically the new SONY when it comes time to push out new technologies.
