I put my serial number in there and it says my 32B can't download it.  My Magic is Vodafone branded and it won't work.  The previous poster is mistaken in placing the blame on HTC if he has a branded phone.  The carrier held it up. So many tablet manufacturers leave it out, and it is a pain if you are trying to prop it up to watch video or even listen to podcasts.
