Nicer but awkward for doing work intended for 1080p, if you want to switch to a preview.

Well if you have 1920x1080 + 1920x1200 then it will be weird, but If you have a single 1920x1200 or a dual set up then it doesn't really changes anything in term of resolution. Yeah, I have this feeling for the long time. Unfortunatelly, the 16:9 resolution is only good for TV's. Strangely enough - this model (G2410H) is nearly identical to a BenQ 24" 1080p which is the G2410HD - http://www.benq.com/products/LCD/?product=1453&page=specifications . Why would I get something bigger with less resolution? 20 inchers should be 1920 x 1080, 22" and 23" should be 2048 x 1152, and 24" should be the next step up.

The 3007 was relatively well accepted for 2006/2007 technology and price and the 3008 wasn't very well accepted. I figure they took 2009 to get their act together but this is 2010 and our choice is a 3 year old screen or a 2 year old model that wasn't a hit.
