Our office has 2 Power Mac G5, is been broke in the same month. One is video card fry and other one can't be start up. No one can fix this except Apple which gonna cost arm and leg. ... what planet are you writing from? Do you think Apple charges the prices they do for no reason? I'd love to see the custom power supply you're going to build to match Apple's quality, and you obviously won't be able to design your own case, you're going to have to buy a premade one.

Apple designs their own, and because they can do it at an industrial level they end up with some of the best (quality-wise) hardware on the planet.
