They followed them with the whole "bandwidth capping" crap. Also, if you haven't looked into it, their "Ultimate" cable modem service uses the same speeds for the same price (50 Mbps down, aka "half of what Cablevision offers", for $120/month, aka "more than what Cablevision charges"). I paid $29/mo. Now I get 6 Mbps for that same price. that is 24x the speed for the same price. So if we can assume the same rate of speed increase for the cost we should be able to hit 144Mbps without any far reaching federal incentive. <br><br>It doesn't seem unrealistic, or overambitious.
