Yea and for the iPhone 1G Apple had a good year of hipe plus the fact they where selling it through the carrier. You know go to an AT@T store play with it not to mention millions of dollars on advertisements. Then for the 3G, Apple had the 1g to back it up, then the 3GS had both iPhones to back it up. Lets see here what is Google doing? O thats right they are selling this phone through google on the internet. Honestly, I'd return it before the 30 days are up. I own a Hero now and I love it but you're waaaaay too late in the game to benefit from a Hero at this point. With the HTC Supersonic AND the Nexus One on the horizon, Sprint will have its share of knock-em-dead high end Android devices soon enough. Fanboys making rabid foaming-at-the-mouth statements about how much better Apple is make me embarassed to even own an iPhone. As for the better quality part... all I'm going to say there is not buying the AppleCare would be a very bad idea, I know from experience.

Luckily I'll soon be divorcing myself from the Apple crowd now that Nexus One is available for AT&T.
