All the documentation states clearly that the Nexus One (and its clearly defined specs on the site) will be available for Verizon. Exact paste from google.com/phone "The Nexus One Phone with Verizon Wireless service. Coming soon in the United States." <br><br>There it is clear as day. It doesn't say a similar handset to the N1 or a HTC sense version of the N1 or an 8mpixel version. So if it's true that the Incredible comes out in 2 weeks, there will be two awesome android phones for the big V. Sense is actually great. The Nexus One uses stock Android so whenever Google releases an update, the N1 is more or less good to go.<br><br> HTC would have to take those updates from Google and add whatever tweaks/patches they need to, THEN release it for their phones. But the Hero(there last phone with sense) is still on 1.5. Although they've said there's an update straight to 2.1 coming, it hasn't and there isn't even a date for it to happen. Held it in my hands a few weeks ago, a gentleman I know test's phone in Beta. And it felt more like an Eris on Steroids. Had the Red back which was both gross looking, and was a finger print magnet. Other then that, very slick and light. The ones that are, the carriers do not make it easy (or possible for the most part) to do.  For example, current VZW and Sprint 3G networks are compatible, but it's really, really hard to talk a rep into activating a phone from one carrier to another, if they even can. I ALMOST bought the N1 for T-Mobile but went with the Droid instead.  The only reason was cost of entry.
