You know it's a completely different app right? This is the Symbian platform. I used it, albeit not free, on my N96 this weekend.

Well lovely...iTunes is awful on my PC. But it's sort of irrelevant isn't it seeing as this story is about the Ovi Maps app on SYMBIAN phones. Go to Nokia's site and download the Nokia Software Updater. It will ask you to connect your phone once installed, and then it will check for the latest firmware...you'll need that. Then you'll have to download Nokia Map Loader. Yes, you have Ovi Maps but you don't have the latest version which is the one with free nav. For example my N96, which does not have free nav has version 3.01 on it.
