There are actually numerous products on the market that do just this. They are popular among Canon DSLR filmmakers, since the EVF goes "dead" when recording video. These loupe devices allow you to view the LCD like an EVF, making focus much easier especially in bright sunlight. It does everything for the original roli that it does for this camera. I love using my TLR's, it feels really satisfying and people are much less intimidated (most often because there isn't a big lens at eye-height sticking in their direction). Many of the features in the E-P1 can also be found in Olympus's digital SLRs, including face detection, Art Filters, the SuperSonic Wave Filter for dust reduction, sensor-shift image stabilization, multiple exposures, and magnified focus assist.
