With that many HDMI inputs needed (10 really?) you're better off buying a dedicated HDMI switcher from somebody like Gefen. A receiver with that many ports would be well over $5000.

Good point about the HDMI ports -- three in and four out is the minimum anyone should accept these days. Also, make sure the receiver has upgradeable firmware. Denon needs to publish and SDK and create an apps store for their equipment. How awesome would it be if you could download a HULU app, weather app, or any other internet media app. They could even have a visualization app to go with internet radio, which could then support more than Pandora. Hell, they could charge a nominal fee for such thing.

What would be the ultimate (at least for me) is a SageTV Media Center App. But others could do this too (i.e. MythTV, or BeyondTV etc).

Ancient, nearly unusable remotes are my major issue with Denon stuff (I have one of their receivers).
