Unannounced Lenovo Ideapad Z460 shows up in China? Sure seems like it!

It looks like Lenovo's got some new Ideapads heading our way... if we're lucky. This photo was apparently taken at a recent company event in Beijing, and shows off a new model -- the 14-inch Z460 -- which reportedly boasts a 2.13GHz Intel Core i3 processor, ATI HD5145 graphics, 2GB of RAM, a 320GB SATA, and Windows 7 Home Basic operating system. That's about all the detail we have on this one, and there's no word yet on pricing or availability stateside. We'll keep our eyes peeled for you!

yay
seems pretty nice...
Is it just me or does that look like a blatant MacBook Pro clone?
@moroboshi First thing that came to mind. It's almost like HP Envy as well...
@Vuke You mean it looks like the Envy because the Envy is a blatant MBP clone..
@moroboshi or if you call it a macbook clone just because it has a black bezel... being a designer must be difficult these days.
@moroboshi
Nope, it's just so you.
Protip: Apple didn't invent the chiclet keyboard. Sony did.
@moroboshi
yup. the trackpad looks the same as my mbp. its also the same price as a mbp.
Let me be able to buy an OS upgrade and have integrated optical drive and you've got yourselves a deal.
@Sweet Dude
Yup, it does have an optical drive.
This model has been available in Singapore since last week, though not through retail stores, but as a free gift when you sign up for a $50/month mobile or home broadband connection.

I luff my IdeaPad. It's the lightest weight 14" laptop I've found that includes an optical drive. Mine is the u450p however.
Looks like they also cloned SFIV.
Lenovo finally realized that the fucking Function key is not supposed to b where the control key is.
@dreamerkm This is not a Thinkpad, this is an Ideapad -- it is also not any more rugged than most consumer PC's and it probably doesn't have a keyboard that's like a Thinkpad keyboard, it doesn't even have that strange red nose between the keys G/H/B. Most of all it has no trace of IBM inheritance, so ... no for these models it's always been CTRL-Fn instead of the other way round.
It looks almost exactly like the HP Dm3t model
What?
You're telling me my Lenovo Y550 is already obsolete.
Never mind, the keyboard already broke on it!
DreamerKM: Neither the Y Key. Add that to Lenovo CS complaints so they improve. It breaks like silly putty.
The IdeaPad Z460 wasn't unannounced. IdeaPadToday got the first word in back at the beginning of February http://www.ideapadtoday.com/ideapad-z-series-leaked-the-lenovo-ideapad-z-series-the-cat-is-out-of-the-bag.htm.
Not riding on much at the time, they still did a pretty good job. They also just released their latest info on it at http://www.ideapadtoday.com/lenovo-ideapad-z-series-latest-spotting-and-ideapad-z460-specifications.htm.
Which then led me to Google where I found this article. I'm excited to see what Lenovo may have pumped out this time. They just keep adding and expanding! I know I'll keep following them. Who do you think they're targeting with this new IdeaPad Model?
