It's like if Kate Beckinsale had a big pimple - she'd still be hot. :D<br><br>NX1 is not the sexiest phone but it's definitely up there as far as I'm concerned. I do find the Desire to be more aesthetically pleasing, though I would've preferred symmetrical buttons. HTC could've easily put a tri-band/quad-band UMTS on their phones, but no, they intentionally put dual-band so even if somebody imported the phones to be used in the US, there will be no 3G support. With the current state of affairs you cannot do serious business in the USA without that agreement. <br>Besides, the MS needs HTC more that anything for its WP7 future and there in the USA, so HTC may not even be paying anything for that deal :) <br><br>Planning to buy the HTC Desire by Softbank-Japan next month...Yeah! I wish to join the fun. Ive owned 3 HTC built phones and they werent THAT great hardware wise. The designs were certainly "uninspired" and dated quickly. Plus they used shoddy build materials..the touchscreen was plastic and scratched up in minutes, and the paint on my Kjam wore away and scratched off with a fingernail.<br><br>I wish they released fewer models and "perfected" their hardware.
