It's pretty cool depending on how your company configures it.  I have mine configured with PIC so depending on how I have it configured, I can also add plain old MSN/Yahoo/AOL users as well.    You can also Federate with other companies. CWM makes it excellent value if you download a lot.  Personally I'd wait for the N8 now it's been announced though.<br><br>That said, if she wants an X6 and isn't bothered about CWM then get a 16GB off eBay - I got mine for £200 with no strings attached. There's been a Microsoft Communicator mobile client available way back for Windows Mobile 2003 SE.  Also there has been a Java client out for a bunch of Nokia java based phones and the Motorola V3xx phones for a little while too.<br><br>There are a few iPhone apps that let you access your corporate IM if you have a communicator web access server. I also implied that I was using Slick, so if that wasn't clear: I'm using Slick. Slick is the best of a pretty crappy selection of MSN clients. It's lightweight and serves one simple purpose without all sorts of crazy clutter, but it's also flaky. It loses connection, it constantly needs upgrades, it's always asking you to accept some wacky certificate.<br><br>Microsoft should just make this extremely popular app available in a robust form that brings the desktop look and feel to the S60 platform. There was, at some point, an actual MS client available in China or something but no more. Just connecting imaginary dots, but its not a question of if, but when. <br><br>BTW, this isn't a "newfound" friendship.
