The simple reason is because it won't take breaks, call in sick, talk on the phone, text it's friends, steal from me, require health insurance, try to get workmans comp, complain about the schedule or anything for that matter! and it could work 365/ 24/ 7!! Let's get these things evolving and quick like!!! I would gladly fire everyone and replace them with robots in a heartbeat!!! God I can't wait!!! Don't understand me wrong, I know the benefits of industrial robots. But I was referring to this one. It's supposed to help the elderly walk around in the shop and point out consumer goods.
It doesn't fill the shelves, clean the floors or bag your goods.
