Good to see Sony has a clear direction for the cameras (simple interface) but I hope they have a direction towards video integration for the higher-end models. Personally I see these mirrorless bodies as a complement to my dSLR. as with most entry level dslrs, this one has fewer buttons compared to its bigger brothers, which usually means more menu navigation and sorting but you get used to that over time...

long story short - yea, worth it if its going to be your first foray into the world of dslr's...
