I recently got Logitech's new Anywhere MX for my college laptop.

Both were worth the money. No need to skimp on peripherals, those are the first things you interact with. Of course, I have a MX revolution now just sitting gathering dust :( replaced by my razer copperhead, I just wouldn’t think people who aren’t really tech minded would bother with expensive peripherals because they just don’t know what they are missing and can’t really care less... who knows could be different down in the US.

It's not free (it's actually one of the few softwares that I have not pirated and actually paid for) -- but it's SO worth it. It blows the microsoft \ toshiba \ every other bt stack in existance out of the water, plus it runs on linux as well -- and there's lifetime free updates, which get released all the time...every 3-4 weeks they seem to have a new version with new features and more phone support.
