I can't imagine Verizon continuing to go for these top tier Android phones if the iPhone were really coming to Verizon. Looks like they are going to double down on the Droid onslaught. I think the fact that they can't stock it for crap is whats forcing a move on before the evo gets too many good reviews and people switch to sprint.

What are you talking about? The Shadow is 9.3 mm, the Incredible is 11.9 mm. CDMA isn't going anywhere in the next couple of years. There are currently 140 million customers on the two CDMA networks in America... and it's gonna take some time to replace every tower with the next big thing.

No one can go back in time a decade and tell Verizon and Sprint not to use CDMA... and they've got a business to run now.
