I do warranty work for them and the #1 thing I hear from customers when I get onsite to repair a system is the amount of time they are on the hone with Dell and the insane crap they are asking them to do to trouble shoot an issue. My experience with the Dell support in Germany and Finland is excellent (in Singapore not so much it seems, though I didn't call them). Yes, they go by a check list, but I see their point in doing so, and when they are through they are extremely fast and helpful. (I do have the plan where they come to your home to repair the laptop.)<br><br>Anyway, painful video, but extremely impressive. I do not think an iPhone would have survived that.
