actually most major cities could use this. You're right, but there are several very large, dense cities in the US where something like a 2,000 sq ft living space is considered extreme luxury. This would work well for those spaces.

Both dating systems are not useful in a system sense. Only one that works is year / month / day. It files properly and it's logical.

I'm in Canada, where it's even worse because when I lived in the French part of the country we wrote it a certain way, and now in the English part we write it differently.

Also, about the furniture, this is pretty impressive.
