I see art as something that someone put forth an effort to create.  This does not require effort, so I do not see it as art. I do agree that everything is art.  The LCD screen (before breakage) is art, my car is art, the roof under where I live is art.  But so is someone who puts a piece of bread in a toaster and sees Jesus, or someone who smears their buggers on a wall.
