I went into a Sprint store today, and they said they've already had 3 waves of pre-orders (I got put on the third wave). They had a stock of 50 devices come in, and they've already moved through all 50 of them in the past 2 days. Thankfully I went in early enough that the rep was able to put my name on the waiting list within 5 spots of the top, so I'm at least guaranteed an Evo by the end of the week.<br><br>This is madness! 3 Radio Shacks I called yesterday didn't have any Evo's, and neither did the Sprint corporate store that I also called. This will be a free speed upgrade for no investment here for the providers. Given the larger land area 3G hardware is not suited to the distances that you really need in the US. Lets no mix up software and hardware Japan is not on the Intel wagon either guess what they have there own 4G hardware in mind as do China with is not even 4G based.
