Well it's 10* 19.5 pound batteries. So just the weight of the batteries is a 195 pounds. Superbikes weigh around 400 pounds. So as long as the fram and everthing else is less than 200 pounds it's not to bad. What really matters is were the cg is on the bike.

I've had Ducatis (hence the name), Yamahas, Hondas, the works, and am currently on a very tall and top heavy (especially with a full fuel in that massive gas tank) Suzuki adventure bike, and its no big change.

My Vette compared to the RAM though is like night and day.

The difference? The motorcycle leans into the turn, thus the CG shifts. They don't take the kickstand off a bike to reduce weight. Unlike an ICE engine that often now is part of the frame and you have to route airboxes and cylinders and radiators and exhausts and what not, an electric motor and gearbox is very simple.

That way you could see an explosion of chassis made available from lots of small makes just having to pick between small, medium, and large motors.

Apparently this bike has a best laptime of 94-95mph which is probably down to the rider, but clearly if you haven't got 190-200mph top speed you're nowhere.

An electric motor has peak available torque at 0RPM and its still powerful at 20K RPM.

So say hello burnouts and super smooth power delivery (which matters too, hence the lack of turbo bikes nowadays).

However, producing peak horsepower sustainable for any appreciable range for a given weight battery/fuel source and engine/motor is much higher for ICE than electric right now. So electrics are handicapped.

However, ICE technology is creeping along rather slowly compared to battery and electric powerplants. Some might think that since you have so much torque you could come out of those corners faster. Not so. The advantage here is reaching your top speed at a greater rate than those high speed gas bikes.
