I want the 4, but I'm not eligble for early upgrade pricing or a full subsidy until Jan 2011.

I find this unfair when people who were new o AT&T and bought the 3gs at launch are already eligible for a FULL subsidy.

I know I signed and contract and I'm not trying to be cheap. I just think AT&T is screwing peope who used an early upgrade to get the 3gs.
