Think about it, would the government force Fox to accept ads promoting another network's shows? How Apple is blocking AdMob's ability to advertise on Android or the web? AdMob doesn't have a leg to stand on. Forcing Apple to accept ads from Google, would be like forcing Engadget to accept ads from Gizmodo. The antitrust investigation would not be about what ads are running on iOS but what advertising service providers can work with it. Apple has to allow all providers to use their platform for advertising. And it does. What it does not do is letting Google evaluate the statistics of these ads. I guess Coca Cola has a monopoly on coke and all coke products then. Why isn't the government investigating them then, LOL. You guys have no idea what you're talking about.<br><br>Can you geniuses give me a few examples of instances where the government forced a corporation to accept advertisements from another corporation? Please link to it.<br><br>There also another issue that no one here has addressed. For the government to have a case against Apple, they must demonstrate that Apple's practices are harmful to consumers, not just a rival company. As a point of fact, one of the provisions that Apple is using to bar AdMob is related to privacy issues with analytics.
