He didnt say but I gathered that 24th delivery date is not going to happen in most AT&T preorders (same as reported by engadget).
I asked him about availability of white iphones and he apparemtly didnt know anything special about it and said why wouldnt they be available? I showed him engadget post and he was surprised to see screen shot of AT&T system and said that engadget post could be correct as it shows screen shot of AT&T system which is going live tomorrow (different color and scheme as compared to curreny system).

As for the whole preorder thing. No matter how much I argued they wouldn't budge. Unless there's a physical defect with the device, there's no way out of it. And if you complain to Sprint corporate to get your money back from them, they just say that the physical stores are a separate thing and they have nothing to do with what they charge.
