I have the original cable and software for the 120GB kit.  Figured I could use that to move from my 120 to the 120 in my new elite as i was going to sell my old non HDMI model with the old 120.  Turns on the software only works for going from a 20GB to a 120GB. And it continues to get more games that used to be exclusive to sony.<br><br>At the end of the day the only reason I'd get a ps3 is <br><br>1) Final Fantasy XIII Versus<br><br>And with rumors of that coming to the 360 as well I'm willing to wait and see what happens. The PS3 has user replaceable harddrives, standard usb cable chargers, built in wifi since day 1, free online, built in broswer w/ Youtube support. PS3 doesnt use proprietary accessories like the 360. No major problems like RROD. Live may be better but it still costs money and is excess for alot of people who just want basic ability to play online against other people. <br><br>In terms of games you have a wide variety of games from Uncharted series, Killzone 2, Heavy Rain, MGS4, God of War, LBP, and many others. Just take any USB device and transfer all your saved games that way, log-in to your usual profile and some warning should pop-up asking if this is your default hardware now, and just click yes.<br><br>Then just download all the DLC and extras you got from the Xbox LIVE website, you can set up a que and everything of all the files you've downloaded.
