These devices are all made by the same company, BodyMedia.<br><br>In the US, you can get the GoWearFit for $200 and membership for as between $7-13 per month.  <br><br>I had the v1 of the BodyBugg and loved the info it provided and helped me track my non-gym exercises.  I thought the data was worth it but the website sucked big time (slow, poor ui, etc).  I gave up the membership due to the poor website. The fitbit has an accelerometer and that's what's the fitbit uses to measure calories burned.  This is may not be as reliable as the temperature and movement data from the BodyMedia device. I have the BodyBugg, which is the same as the kifit (made by the same company, BodyMedia).  Think of it like this, if you ran a mile with a weighted vest on, the BodyMedia device would show a much higher calorie burn, but the fitbit whouldn't know the difference.
