In fact, I think that's kinda ridiculous. I've had 4 of them over the past many years and none of them broke. I even dented the hell out of an old aluminum one on a metal phone pole and it worked great. And the glass never scratched despite sharing my pocket with keys.

You actually worked for this company and hated their stuff? That's strange. Maybe they fired you or something. I think other phone makers have better software, but I love the build quality of SEs. I think that's their strongest point.

I've been using a C905a for a while now. A dumbphone on a $30 plan that surfs the web via wifi for free and takes much better photos than a $100 standalone camera. Has FM radio, XMB style media player, etc. Sure, it sucks compared to a modern smart phone. There's just no comparison. But it was free and it's very cheap to operate, and most of all, it's a tank that I can rely on in very tough use.

Gimboa

Comments on Sony Ericsson X10 Mini teardown reveals densely packed, tiny hardware

@fiduce I quit; good one.

landmein

Comments on Sony Ericsson X10 Mini teardown reveals densely packed, tiny hardware

http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=site:engadget.com+jonesing

Tim
