The smartphone market has changed. People expect to get at least basic support for their purchase after buying it, especially when it continues to be sold.

Samsung doesn't want to keep up with phones that have lesser hardware than their product. Honestly? Too damn bad for them. On the other hand, i don't know why people bought this phone in the first place, the UI is REALLY horrible. A friend of mine has this phone and the whole cube thing is just weird, switiching from screen to screen is also weird.
