but don't you need to wait for the adhesive to DRY before you shift your final product to the consumer??

Anyway, applications like this are typically "insta-cure" through a UV light process. Also, new tech allows the adhesive to color-change in order for a factory worker to know they have done their job correctly (the color-change was only available on about 10% of products when I left 2 years ago but it was brand-new at the time). Either way, if they are using top quality adhesives and doing their job right, this shouldn't be the issue.
