matters a lot to the majority of the users, like the Aero, the general Theming of Windows GUI, fixing the Keyboard driver so it doesn't wait for CPU time when your CPU is at 100%, making WMP to remember what you set it to show, where and how big you set it up so you don't have to do it each time... and so on. You think that the people who build and test the upgrades are doing it for free?  How about your employer stops paying your salary and tells you to do a better job?
