Ubuntu has awesome features already in progress such as the Software Center with Ubuntu One support being integrated.

MS needs to add in a unified notification system, and make the app store control updates. Ubuntu has ruined me. You think that the people who build and test the upgrades are doing it for free? How about your employer stops paying your salary and tells you to do a better job?
