Then go buy one. Newegg has plenty of Windows tablets, the convertible laptop kind. Those have a very small market. Has anyone noticed that the CEO of Google was on the Apple board of directors. As Google CEO, he was getting paid a very low salary. So who does he really work for?

Is Android an Apple plot to destroy WebOS, Windows Mobile, etc, and leave Apple's only competition something that Steve secretly controls, and is exactly the opposite of iOS, so it makes iOS look good by comparison. (It's very easy to get malware in the Android Market.)

A well done tablet should be able to manage everything on the device. Tether to iTunes is a weakness not a strength IMHO.
