I think the boxee box is reasonably priced...supposedly it's tegra2 based (im anxious to see performance information!), and should be able to plow through any HD video you can throw at it, and it also has flash 10.1 support (with hardware acceleration i presume). I also like the design -- but you're right, you can't stack it -- but I think it's kind of meant to be it's own stack and stand out from the other traditionally designed STBs.
