if you want to be a stereotypical uninformed consumer that hears and reads the iPhone has a awful antenna, lets use some real facts as a counter, drops 1 less call per 100 than the 3GS, a phone that never had this type of press about it's antenna.

Or maybe it's the proximity sensor? Software fix coming soon, the phone is brand new.

iPhone 3Gs, never lost it's signal when held. Never had killed data connections when held. And, even though less than 1 call per 100, dropped fewer calls. All while not being touted as having the better antenna of the two.

iPhone 3Gs, iPhone 3G, and the original iPhone. All of which NEVER had proximity issues.

The problem people are having with the phone is that it's acting like a 1st gen product. Don't buy into everything Apple tells you, they're trying to cover their asses. The phone does have issues. Buying an iPhone 4 is a bad move. However, people who needs a simple interface, go for the iphone, my mom has one, she likes it.

Battery life? If the iPhone 4's battery is bad in your opinion, you had better hope you never get something like an EVO. My buddy right now in the next room is already at 75%, and hes been teaching all day, barely using it. Im sitting at 92%, and guess what I am replaying to these comments on...

I've been exclusively using my laptop as a home theater PC - hooked up to my plasma TV
I've been lamenting not having a good HTPC keyboard with a nice MbookPro type track pad - All the other HTPC keyboards are jokes - as is what i have to deal with now - an apple BT keyboard and a logitech BT mouse atop a binder
