While I might not be interested in the 3D services, they can keep the HD channels coming. I'd rather (and will in the coming months) just buy a much bigger 2D HD TV.
I'm sure I won't be alone in that.

The thing that some people seem to be missing on this is that 3D is not only unnecessary for great cinema (and you know they'll just get into using it as another effect anyways) but it can also be very distracting at times and be a bda thing to the story telling.

- and just who would care anyways if their soaps on TV are in 3D?
