Same here on the cable connection, but sometimes that is not always an option. For instance, if I were living in the dorms at Portland State University where they have free WiFi for students, I would have my 360 connect to the amenity I already pay for in my tuition as opposed to having Comcast hook up a $42.95 Internet Connection. I always thought that cable was the way to go.

However, using the wireless adapter with my Xbox has not given me any laggy games whatsoever. It's pretty fast too (for example, today I downloaded a 50mb file in about 15 seconds).

I used to connect with WiFi but now I us a cable directly to my FIOS router. The biggest deal with FF13 is that the 360 version has far fewer textures than the PS3 version due to the limited space of DVD as opposed to Bluray. I was also surprised to hear that the cut-scenes run in sub-HD resolution on the 360 and 1080p on the PS3.

It's pretty fair to say that with the new industrial design you can infer a lower failure rate. Rather than fans in the back pushing heat off the motherboard that's been vented up with heat sinks, heat pipes, and heat shrouds (which isn't very effective for something like this), the fan is *directly* on the dual CPU/GPU core itself with a very large vent directly above the fan.
