But this semester 3 out of my 5 books are ebooks from nookstudy... I can only install the software on two computers, which is semi frustrating and there are print and copy restrictions, but for how much I dig into my textbooks doing searches and keeping notes... I think this is going to be fantastic... I've been waiting for something like this since I started school and read my first book in PDF form. That being said, I don't have a Nook right now. I read on my phone through the Kindle app, it's not the most comfortable experience but it still manages to fall into the enjoyable category. One thing I noticed when I played with the Nook was that it's screen seemed to be a little slow turning pages. I love the look of the Nook and the touchscreen at the bottom but I'm not sure if I should jump in and get a Nook now or wait and try to get the new Kindle when it becomes available.

Do you get annoyed by the screen speed on the Nook? The page turning is a bit slower, but not badly so. I've gotten used to hitting the page turn button just a half a second before I hit the end of the page. Also, i personally don't but, a lot of people usually sell their textbooks after the term is done in order to raise funds for next term's textbooks, and also buying used and reselling it after saves even more cash. E-books can't really do that for obvious reasons...

The idea is great though... for the rich student ( 1 out of 1000) and when the campus bookstore is sold out and you gotta wait 2 weeks for the order or something and no1 has a copy to sell or lend for photo-copies, ect.

Still not quite there but a good start at least...
