CyanogenMod 6 (Froyo) for HTC Hero (both GSM and CDMA). I've been running it for about a month now on my GSM Hero. I know it says alpha release, and to be fair the notification and trackball lights don't seem to work 100%, but other than that I've noticed no bugs, and I swear with JIT enabled it's so much faster than even the stock HTC Sense ROM was.
