I came from an iPhone (3.5in) and while I will admit the size was a lot more pleasant to hold for me (probably on the smaller hands side) when I put it next to my EVO I am amazed I could use a screen that small. I had the Samsung InstictHD and that's what it was capable of. Nope 4.3" is perfect size, the trick it get the bezel as small as possible. HTC do that pretty well too, the top and side bezels look pretty small.

The button icons are exactly the same as the EVO 4G and everything. There aren't really any good apps for video chat right now (however this will probably change in the future), and the international market doesn't have 4G in most countries.
