You can get the absolute best 3D Plasma 65" for about the same price.   Should they mock the people who got LCD since their TVs show sports and action better than the Samsung?   Shouldn't they just be happy they got the best TV that money could by and not be concerned if other people buy inferior TVs for the same amount of money?  The Panasonic TC-P65VT25 is a far better picture for most TV viewing I do but I control the light in my home. For me. Because I can control my lighting thus eliminating screen glare. But I am in the minority on that point I think. As far as 3D being over rated and something you don't need or want. It doesn't matter what we want or need. The money being invested in the technology will guarantee that by 2014 you won't see anything but 3D ready displays. I love that TV. I'd love to have the UN55C8000 (65 would be far too big for my apt). I'd get the touchscreen remote for the C9000 series too. <br>The new 7.1 system looks incredible. I love that the main unit is on a stand. Pretty futuristic. But alas.
