You really can't beat a good pen. Find one that writes smooth as silk with no bleeding. Just the right amount of ink per stroke.....no wonder my wife looked at me weird when I got excited about this liquid pencil. lol I too am disappointed that it doesn't dry as it should. I personally like the fact that it is still erasable assuming it doesn't smear at all due to water or just rubbing. I personally love pencils because I make so many mistakes but the smearing drives me nuts. I had a lot of notes sort of ruined because I got water on them (apparently the only part of my Swiss-gear backpack that is water proof is the bottom, the water just pooled in the thing when I went to class.
