To make sure they don't escape without notice, we've gathered every possible update, hack, and other miscellaneous tomfoolery we could find during the last week and crammed them into one convenient roundup. If you find something available for your device, please give us a shout at tips at engadget dawt com and let us know. Enjoy!

Official Android updates

  • Nexus 7: Not even a week old and Google's latest tablet already has two updates under its belt. While no changelog exists for either, Android Central reports of an update to build JWR66N that installs during the tablet's setup process, which is then followed by an OTA update to build JSS15J. [Android Central]
  • HTC One: T-Mobile released an update that was designed to bring greater speed, stability and LTE connectivity, but in the process, it broke the camera's HDR capabilities. Thankfully, a separate update is now available, which restores the camera's missing functionality. [Android Central 1, 2]
  • Hisense Sero 7 Pro: Tablet newcomer Hisense is proving that it's capable of supporting its low-cost tablets, rather than just pushing them out the door. The company released a maintenance update for the Sero 7 Pro, which brings a new kernel and other backend changes. Also this time around, you'll find Google Currents is now bundled. [Android Central]
  • Sony Xperia ZL: Android 4.2.2 is now available as an update from Rogers, which can be installed either over-the-air or via PC Companion or Bridge for Mac. [MobileSyrup]

Other platforms

  • BlackBerry Z10: It's not exactly a crowning achievement, but Verizon Wireless is bringing up the rear with its BlackBerry 10.1 update for the Z10, which brings improvements such as HDR photography, Skype support and PIN messaging. [CrackBerry]
