UBER ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES TOY RUSH™ FOR TABLETS AND MOBILE DEVICES
Uber to Partner with Tilting Point for Development and Launch Support

KIRKLAND, WASHINGTON – August 15, 2013 – Independent and acclaimed developer Uber Entertainment and Tilting Point are pleased to unveil the first details of Uber's upcoming tablet and mobile game, Toy Rush™, a tower defense game that pits the player's defenses against an onslaught of toy invaders. Toy Rush is the first announced game for Tilting Point, who is collaborating closely with Uber on monetization, retention, marketing, and user acquisition strategies.

In Toy Rush, players design and build clubhouse bases and defend them from an army of beasts, robots, and plush toys. Players collect attack cards to use against enemies, coupled with unique defense systems such as rubber band guns, gumball launchers, and ray guns. Players can also go on the offensive and launch attacks on bases, with asynchronous multiplayer allowing gamers to attack their friends and steal resources from them. Players can gather to form clubs, where they can chat, help out one another, and even earn specialized units and abilities.

"We've created a tower defense game with tremendous character, infusing it with plush toys, tech robots, and wild beasts," says John Comes, Design Director at Uber Entertainment. "We've combined this with unique card mechanics, asynchronous multiplayer gameplay, and deep strategy elements. It's simply a ton of fun!"

"The future of gaming belongs to outstanding independent developers like Uber Entertainment," says Giordano Bruno Contestabile, Vice President of Product Management and Revenue at Tilting Point. "Their background in creating polished strategy games with amazing presentation greatly appealed to us. Uber is creating something special with Toy Rush and we look forward to launching it with them."

Toy Rush will be playable at the Indie Megabooth at PAX Prime from August 30 to September 2 in Seattle and is coming soon to tablets and mobile devices.
