With the destruction of the Vale, what will happen to the Shrine(s) - Hearth, Banks, Supply, Portals? If Ogrimmar is closed (seems logical if it's being turned into a instance) how will the Horde access Cataclysm portals (say, to Deepholm)?

Well, the Vale is still there, as are your faction capitals. There's just a bunch of destruction in other parts of the zone. As for Orgrimmar, it's business as usual there -- the raid takes place in an instance. There may be changes in the future, but we don't know anything for sure.

Do you see Blizzard making any major changes to the rogue class next expansion? All three specs play similarly to one another. Warlocks got their overhaul in MoP,so I could see rogues getting some love. Any chance we could see one of the specs (here's looking at you, combat) become a tanking spec? Or possibly a ranged spec? It would be interesting to see them implement a tanking spec for rogues which allowed them to wear mail gear.

Rogues are the only pure melee DPS class, and I believe they'll continue to be that way in the next expansion. We've talked about the possibility of additional specs before, but the devs at one point said it's easier to make a new class than a new spec for an existing class. You'll likely see some tweaks, but no huge overhauls. Rogues are built to last.

During my domination point daily quests i flew to far east and into jade forest. what happened in the area called Garrosh' ar point, did i miss a quest there ? theres a large destroyed horde camp that is over run with sha. Up the hill at twinspire keep there is the largest group of Forsaken in MoP and theres a lot of demon stuff going on there too. What happened in this area ?

That's where the Alliance begin their Jade Forest questing.
