Terraria content coming to Edge of Space in cross-over event
Terraria is a 2D sandbox survival adventure game. Edge of Space is a 2D sandbox exploration game. Like peanut butter and jelly, the two will now meet in a tasty cross-over event, bringing Terraria content to Edge of Space, developers Re-Logic and HandyMan Studios announced.
Those attending PAX Prime in Seattle this weekend can get their hands on the Terraria-inspired content at Reverb Publishing's booth (#3436). Among the goodies arriving in Edge of Space is a "cybernetically-enhanced version of Terraria's skeletron boss," Omegatron. Edge of Space is available via Steam Early Access for $11.99. Terraria, meanwhile, launches on iOS today for $4.99.

PAX Prime Attendees to Take on Terraria's Skeletron for the First Time in EoS
Twain Harte, CA – August 29, 2013 – HandyMan Studios and Re-Logic announced today a partnership that will see content from the wildly popular Terraria coming to the sandbox survival adventure Edge of Space in an indie developer crossover event. PAX Prime attendees can get hands-on time with this never-before-seen content that includes a battle with Omegatron, the sci-fi cybernetically enhanced version of Terraria's Skeletron boss. Edge of Space, including this new Terraria content, will be playable all weekend at the Reverb Publishing PAX Prime booth #3436. This news comes paired with the launch of the "200% More Science!!!" patch for Edge of Space fans currently playing the game in Steam Early Access.

Available at an on-sale Steam Early Access price of $11.99 before its launch price of $14.99, players who heed the call to ArkCo command early will receive "First Responder Armor" that grants bonuses to assist in those first waking moments after leaving the crashed space pod.
Set in deep space, Edge of Space is an open-world, dynamically-generated sandbox survival-adventure game. Start with only a laser pick and the gear from the crashed pod, then immediately start collecting, as every piece of ore mined is valuable. Fight against an array of creative horrors including cybernetically-enhanced laser space sharks or vicious genetically-evolved polar bears -- and those are not even the strangest monstrosities to encounter!
