Most likely they got it on another character. Cloud Serpent Riding is account-wide now, so they could ride it even if they never got Order rep to exalted.

Now that enchants scale down to your level, I went ahead and enchanted all of my little warlock's heirlooms, and I noticed something. Although they scale down to your level, they don't scale up with your gear as you level. I've had Power Torrent on my staff for ~30 levels, and it's still the same amount of Intellect on a proc. Bug, or intended?

Enchants scale down to the item's level. Heirlooms are level 1 items. Power Torrent will never scale up past that point, unfortunately.

This week I ran LFR for SoO on Wednesday. In the past, running LFR early in the week usually meant a good group and an easy time. But this week, it was horrible. Like running LFR on a Monday. I know the LFR is new and everyone is learning it, but the type of players were the LFR trolls and the dregs of the WoW community. i think i had every WoW stereotype in ny LFR. even my giildies are noticing thus trend. There seemed to be a dearth of quality players running LFR. Usually, even on the first week, you get normal raiders running it. With the implementation of flex this tier, are all the quality raiders only running flex and normal forgoing LFR? And if so, what does this mean for the LFR raiding experience?

The first week or two of LFR is always difficult and people tend to act up when things go wrong. I had an absolutely horrendous Norushen experience this week and swore off LFR until next week at the earliest.

We don't know what we're getting yet, but Blizzard says more info is coming soon. Last time there was a WoW pet and some SC2 portraits, I think?
